We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

All editing operations are performed entirely on your local machine using FFmpeg. Processed files are saved to your local filesystem only.
The backend server may log basic technical information locally (API request paths, error messages) for debugging. This information stays on your machine and is never transmitted externally.
When you accept these policies, ProEnd Editor stores a small consent record in your browser's localStorage — a storage area that lives entirely on your own device and is never transmitted to any server. This record contains:

The Software's frontend loads the Poppins and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts via CDN requests. These are subject to Google's privacy policy. No personal data or file content is included in these requests. Beyond font resources, ProEnd Editor integrates with no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Since ProEnd Editor does not collect or transmit personal data, the primary data security responsibility lies with you — securing your own device and filesystem where processed videos are stored.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. All files remain entirely under your control on your local machine. You may clear the localStorage consent record at any time via your browser's site data settings, which will cause the agreement screen to be shown again on your next visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the policy version key stored in localStorage will be incremented (e.g. from proend_legal_v1 to proend_legal_v2), and you will be required to review and accept the updated policies before continuing to use the Software.
ProEnd Editor, including its source code, user interface design, visual assets, documentation, and all associated materials, is protected by copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.
